Have you ever tried Michigan cheese?

First it was the Black Star Farms Raclette. Then it was the creamy Dancing Goat chevre. Then I started picking up assorted wedges from Grassfields when I went to pick up my milk. While I’m no expert on cheese, I have to say that I love Michigan-made!

Turns out, there’s an actual Michigan Cheese Makers Cooperative dedicated to ” the production of artisanal and farmstead cheese.”
